MY40 is a digital insulation tester from Yokogawa. Powered by 4 AA(RGP) batteries, the tester can measure both insulation as well as conductor resistance. The unit comes with a 3 ½ display which is backlit with a logarithmic bar graph of the indicated values. It can also measure AC voltage up to 600 VThe memory can store 20 measurements. The tester has a “live line” indication for user safety which indicates live parts. It also has an automatic discharge feature after insulation resistance measurements.
